Rai-mon is happy to have remained nimble in his 20 years of helping businesses large and small to project their values to the world. As a big picture guy that appreciates the little details, he thrives at gathering information to develop strategy and lead teams with process driven execution.
He started as a publisher working with hundreds of companies and brands to articulate their message. Many years later, he’s valued for his experience across a wide range of independent and conscious companies. From regional brands (Upper Playground, Foreign Exchange Music, Cheerwine and Murphy-Goode Wine) to international manufacturers and retailers (Redbull, Dry Soda, Goorin) and start-ups (BlankSlate, Brownstoner, Minx NY, Brooklyn Boulders,) Rai-mon is a true driver of action and growth.
He’s happy to be part of a team that values its culture as much as it’s varied skill sets.
Rai-mon works tirelessly as an advocate for conscious companies and independent workers with the AIMBA and as a board member for Conscious Capitalism NYC. He is passionate about music, the Golden State Warriors, and good wine.
Matt is a strategic problem-solver, with over 20 years experience in both marketing and sales. He’s worked with leading organizations in industries including; music (Clear Channel, HITS Magazine) wireless/technology (Boost Mobile, Virgin Mobile, Sprint) and restaurants/hospitality (Broderick, Localis, Wicked Wich’). His wide-range of experience with big-brand retailers led to his own venture in owning and operating Broderick, a successful restaurant brand. Matt’s ability to come up with creative marketing ideas and to execute solutions helped to take Broderick from a food truck to a growing franchise – now with a third location in the Northern California. Matt’s ability to empathize with business owners stems from the fact that he’s been one himself and has played every role on the road to success.
Soreath brings a wealth of content strategy and production experience to the team. Soreath is a 2-time Emmy nominated former TV news producer, who’s used to juggling a heavy workload, tight deadlines and problem-solving for the unexpected. Her 10-year career with live TV informed her underlying approach to marketing; understanding the factors that drove media coverage. This experience propelled her to a career in advertising, where she used her knowledge in production to execute digital content campaigns for national brands (CLIF Bar, Gallo Wines). At CodeSwitch, Soreath combines her knowledge of both news media and advertising with her passion to produce compelling content.
