CHALLENGE – STEM GROWING NEGATIVE PERCEPTION OF THE BRAND
Brooklyn Boulders had been growing quickly since it’s first month being open. However, it’s negative perception had also been growing. Ownership was looking for a way to not only stem the tide of negative perception, but give it’s community a way to communicate better with staff.
SOLUTION –CREATE A COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT PLATFORM FOR THE BRAND
In order to fully engage any community they must have a voice. To help Brooklyn Boulders fully engage their community we created a digital platform that would allow for constant communication from the community to staff and each other.
RESULTS – BETTER CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT AND SATISFACTION NUMBERS
The community was policed and managed by its members. Events, blog posts and community ideas were all shared through the new platform leading to better customer engagement on other platforms as well as an increased positive sentiment..
