Brooklyn Boulders had been growing quickly since it’s first month open. However, launching in two of the largest markets in the US over the next few years was going to be it’s biggest growth challenge yet.

Perception is everything and when Minx NY wanted to launch higher quality products CodeSwitch was tasked with improving their brand perception. This included an emphasis on heightened visibility as well as adjusting the brand’s image to fit an uptick in prices.

SOLUTION: EXIST TO INSPIRE CAMPAIGN

Keep the name and grow the brand. Launching with the name Brooklyn in city’s like Boston and Chicago might not seem like the best ideas but they proved to win out. We went into looking to gain the attention of our audience using the “exist to inspire” campaign that tied in local businesses, city-wide initiatives and bringing people inside the space while it was being built.

RESULT:

Huge launch numbers each new location outpacing the other was the result. Tiered early bird pricing and aspirational messaging lead to large interest and opening revenue.
